А. Фибринолиз

Образующийся в результате свёртывания крови фибриновый тромб (см. Свёртывание крови) растворяется благодаря действию плазмина — сериновой протеиназы плазмы крови. В плазме плазмин находится в виде предшественника — плазминогена. Последний может активироваться протеиназами различных тканей, например, активатором плазминогена из почек (урокиназой) и тканевым активатором плазминогена (ТАП) из эндотелия сосудов. Активность плазмина контролируется белком плазмы α2-антиплазмином, способным связывать и инактивировать активный плазмин.

Генно-инженерная урокиназа, ТАП и стрептокиназа бактерий являются фармакологическими препаратами, назначаемыми для рассасывания тромбов после инфаркта миокарда.
